A leading private clinic, involved in specialized high-tech medical treatment, began losing its market position, slipping to the 3rd-4th place in the national industry. The profits of the clinic also declined. Over a three-year period of cooperation (with one pause), due to :

• the clear-cut vision of where the most attractive opportunities lie,
• formation of a new team, and
• excellent common-effort capitalizing on most opportunities,
the clinic confidently regained its leadership on the domestic market, increased its profits by several times, and was majority sold by the Client at world-wide high valuation multiples.

At the start of cooperation a retail company with 90 stores in Western Ukraine incurred huge losses and was quickly approaching the verge of bankruptcy. After
• short-term anti-crisis efforts,
• complete business remodeling, and
• formation of a new team,

the company became profitable, achieved an annualized > 20% ROI (that is in 21 months since the start of cooperation) and was fully sold to a strategic buyer. Over the period of cooperation average sales per outlet more than doubled (meanwhile, the market grew by less than 17% for the respective period).

One of the country’s leading producers of a certain food product was in throes of fierce and constantly growing competition, a declining market share and a gradual weakening of its brand name. Most recent launches of new products were a failure. The gloomy outlook was dramatized by the population’s declining purchasing power and stagnant figures of the overall growth of the market volume. The cooperation, which lasted over 3 years, involved:

• comprehensive product portfolio rebalancing (incl. the elimination of many SKUs),
• launch of a number of highly successful new products,
• introducing a new approach to pricing,
• improvement of distribution,
• 360° re-branding, and
• launch of active campaigning.
Over the period the brand started growing strongly (well above the market growth), both in shipment and money volumes, and profits more than doubled.
